Terms & Conditions

• All classes must be booked and paid for in advance.
  Please refer to the Booking section for full details.

• All bookings and payments are non-refundable.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  Make-up classes must be completed within the same week and cannot be carried forward to the next booking period.

• Only one cancellation, rescheduling, or make-up class is permitted per 10-session package.

• Missed classes without proper notice will be forfeited, with no exceptions.

Attendance & Commitment

​

• Regular attendance is essential for meaningful progress.

• Students are required to attend lessons at least once per week. Anything less is counterproductive and may significantly affect progress, particularly at the foundational stage where knowledge retention and skill development are crucial.

• Consistent weekly sessions support effective learning, while long gaps between lessons tend to slow development. Parents are strongly encouraged to support this commitment and to monitor their child’s practice time between sessions.

Miscellaneous

​

For Level 3 students and above, a minimum of 60 minutes per session is highly recommended.
Please inquire about hourly rates.

For private lessons conducted at the student’s location, additional fees may apply depending on the distance of the area, parking requirements, and preferred scheduling i.e. peak hours, traffic situation etc.
